Hello Leo,
Thanks.

1. Your settings are fine and plugin should allow yous uploading upto viii MB( a little less than that) due to your post max size.

The error you mentioned is non generated server side, It is show when the response from server is not valid JSON.

So, I am believing that some lawmaking is throwing notice causing this. Can you please open your browser console and cheque for the ajax response. It would take been very simple if you were using firefox/firebug only hither is how to Practice that on chrome.

Open the page where upload is. At present click ctrl+shift+I that will open the programmer tools. Click on Network panel and proceed that open.
Now please endeavour uploading. Equally presently as you become the fault, click on "XHR" tab and and then on the link in Proper noun panel. In right panel, you can see the response by clicking on 3rd tab "Response". Please post me that bulletin.

Cheers.

PS: I run across yous have RT media enabled, is there any specific reason to use both these plugins together?

Hi Brajesh,
Thanks.

I did information technology all. When I click on a link in the Name cavalcade and select the Response tab, there'south only one number – 1 and an empty row. Hope this is what you needed.

Almost the rtMedia, I am trying to find a solution for having unlike galleries with different limitations and membership levels for different users, and I really would similar to do it with i plugin merely, but I couldn't do it with only rtMedia. Now I am trying to do it all with MediaPress and hope to succeed.

Cheers.

Hi Leo,
Thank you lot for your patience.

That -1 means the request was not handled at all.
Tin you please disable RT Media and and enable WP_DEBUG to allow the states run across if there are whatever error?

Too, if feasible, please PM me the site url/login details( any temporary normal user) and I can check it quickly.

Thank you
Brajesh

PS: Except for Add from Web( which we haven't added yet), MediaPress tin can do everything more efficiently than other media plugin. You lot tin can check that by doing retentiveness/query assay. So, if y'all don't need Add From web for now, You lot can disable RT Media.

Hi Brajesh,

I disabled the rtMedia and the upload was completed successfully. Everything is fine now.

As for now, I do not need the Add from Web feature, so I will attempt to brand information technology all using MediaPress now and will share my experience and the results with you when I finish it.

Thank you!
